An innate Story-Teller and experienced Film Producer – Ganesh Kshirsagar has worked for over two decades with some of the best Communication Agencies, creatively driving some of the top Brands in the country.
His urge to solve Marketing problems by telling compelling Brand Stories inspired his move from working with Advertising behemoths like McCann Erickson, Rediffusion Y&R and ESI to starting his own Creative and Film Production house Ravishing Brand Ventures in 2016.

Film Director
A qualified Engineer who followed his passion to turn into a proven Film Director – Bharat leads the Film craft for us.
His decade and half experience ranging from Film Editing to Production gives him an edge most Film Directors lack.
Bharat is already a veteran at helming Advertising films of varied budgets and believes in planning his projects meticulously to control the chaos of the Film-Making process.
